Nomàt(造語):

Nomàt（ノマット）は、2020年春夏に東京とパリを拠点にスタートし
たブランドです。
「Nomàt」という名は、“遊牧民”を意味する「nomad」から着想を得た
造語で、国や文化にとらわれず、自由な視点で服を創り出す姿勢を象
徴しています。
クラシック、トラッド、ミリタリーなど、時代やジャンルを超えて受け継
がれてきたベーシックな要素を、新たな解釈で再構築しています。
伝統を尊重しながらも既存の枠にとらわれず、 
“もうひとつのスタンダード” を提案しています。

Nomàt (coined word):

Nomàt is a brand founded in Spring/Summer 2020, based 
between Tokyo and Paris.
The name “Nomàt” is a coined word inspired by “nomad,” 
meaning wanderer, and symbolizes an approach to 
creating clothing from a free perspective, unconstrained 
by borders or cultures.
Drawing on timeless elements such as classic, traditional, 
and military wear, the brand reconstructs these enduring 
references through new interpretations that transcend 
eras and genres.
While respecting tradition, Nomàt proposes “another 
kind of standard”—one that is not confined by existing 
frameworks.
